Did you know that v60 has roots in the Chinese tradition of tea ceremony? In order to pour water easily over the tea, they invented the v60 system.
V60 system requires a little bit of knowledge from us or we can follow a recipe. Water has to be poured gradually in a circular way.
Coffee prepared this way will be very transparent in taste. You can choose between different recipes and coffee. Play with different ratios of coffee and water, the temperature of the water, and finally adjust the recipe according to your own taste.
